Players search gear crafting recipes and need a scannable recipe table plus set bonuses before farming Act materials.
How to craft gear
Open the Upgrades area, talk to the Crafting NPC, select a recipe, confirm materials and Gold, then craft. Redeem Update 1.0 codes first so Gold and shards are banked before Act farming.
- Keeper unit first — then craft.
- Traits usually before Perfect Cubes and before full Mythic sets.
- Confirm recipe costs in-game if a patch changed numbers.
Material Act ranges
Story Acts drop crafting mats by world and chapter band. Higher rarities need later Acts across Leaf Village, GT City, and Marine Lobby (and Ice Continent for some Update 1.0 routes).
- Rare Saiyan set — Act 1–2 mats.
- Epic Pirate set — Act 3–4 mats.
- Legendary Ninja set — Act 5–6 mats.
- Mythic Puppeteer / Hogyoku / Devil — Act 7–8 mats.
- Secret Monarch Daggers — Act 9–10 mats (Woo awaken).
Craft priority by role
Carry and boss units want damage, crit, or cooldown pieces first. Support and farm units prefer SPD / CD / economy-friendly sets. Complete one set on one keeper before starting a second Mythic project.
Set bonuses that matter
Full Puppeteer, Ninja, Pirate, and Dragon Gi sets add stacking combat bonuses. Hogyoku, Devil Amulet, and Devil Sword are strong single-piece Mythic options. Monarch Daggers are a Woo awakening craft, not a generic DPS set.
- Puppeteer (3pc): on hit taken +1% DMG/DEF (max +30%).
- Hogyoku (1pc): -7.5% Cooldown.
- Devil Amulet (1pc): +10% Crit Chance.
- Devil Sword (1pc): on crit +5% DMG for 5s (max +15%).
- Ninja (3pc): +5% DMG; on hit taken +3% RNG (max +15%).
- Pirate (3pc): -5% CD; every 10s +2.5% DMG (max +10%).
- Dragon Gi / Saiyan (3pc): +5% RNG and +5% DMG.

What is the best gear set?
It depends on role. Hogyoku / Devil pieces are strong Mythic singles; Puppeteer, Ninja, Pirate, and Dragon Gi reward full sets. Craft for your keeper's job.
How do I get crafting materials?
Clear Story Acts in the listed Act ranges for each material. Higher rarities need later Acts.
Should I craft before traits?
Usually roll keeper traits first, then craft. Gear does not replace traits.
Is Broly Gear crafted here?
No. Broly Gear is an Invasion drop/quest path. Use the Invasion guide for those pieces.
